The First Night Celebration group was started as a project within Leadership Troy, a community leadership program in 2004, and adopted by the Troy Optimist Club in 2008.

We welcome volunteers, organizers, venue coordinators, artists, musicians, theatre performers, interactive artists, and more.

Anyone who wants to have a great time and a terrific evening- and the good cheer of working with people to pull it all together.
